Valley Cooperative Association is a cooperative that is member-owned. Annual operating profits are distributed to our member-owners/stockholders.

Currently, our member-owners of the cooperative are owners/customers from various businesses in the baking and foodservice industry within the state of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  They are primarily retail bakeries, supermarkets, wholesalers, restaurants, and institutional operations.

Membership and stock ownership is restricted to active customers of the organization who are in good credit standing and can benefit from the services and profits that the cooperative returns.

There is a one-time common stock purchase of $500 (five $100 shares) to become an active member/stockholder.

Valley Bakers Supply is a division of Valley Cooperative Association and offers sourcing and distribution of ingredients, food products, and packaging from more than 220 manufacturers and over 120 suppliers.

Valley Brewers Supply is a division of Valley Cooperative Association and offers sourcing and distribution of malt, sugar, fruit, flats, and more with no freight or pallet fees. Click here to learn more.

Valley Logistic Solutions (formerly known as Bakers Supply Logistics) is a division of Valley Cooperative Association and was born out of the necessity to bring freight back to our warehouse to support our distribution business. Click here to learn more.

Valley partners with a company called Savings4Members to offer various business discounts and other benefits to customers and members. All Valley customers and members are eligible to utilize this program for their business.

The Bakery Technology Room is not a licensed commercial kitchen, however those who utilize the space can go and get their own temporary license and use it for this purpose. It is the responsibility of the person using the space to obtain the license and follow guidelines accordingly.
